VAT (Value Added Tax) Due On Delivery

For low value orders we collect VAT taxes and pay them on your behalf. However, the administrative system under which we do this ("IOSS") is limited to orders under EUR 150.00. Since this order exceeds that amount, we are unable to provide this pre-payment service.

For this order, the VAT taxes will be due upon delivery (the amount depends on your delivery country). The VAT payment will be collected by the delivery carrier and your package will not be delivered until the VAT payment has been made to the carrier. Some carriers may add their own processing or administrative fees (we have no control of that).

Be sure to watch for any notification from the carrier and pay the VAT promptly or the package may be returned.

VAT (Value Added Tax) Included

On this order we will collect VAT taxes and pay them on your behalf. The amount of the VAT is shown in the "Taxes" line of the cart and will be included in your payment. There will be no VAT or customs duties due at time of the delivery and the carrier will not require any payment from you.

This system (known as "IOSS") avoids many problems (and fees) related to collection of VAT by delivery carriers and speeds up the delivery process.
