We may on occasion allow preorder of certain items that are out of stock and for which we have a reasonable expectation of a target restock date. Fulfillment of preorders is dependent on factors outside of our control including vendor deliveries, transit and customs delays, etc. For that reason we cannot guarantee a specific shipping date for preorders, but will communicate our expectations based on our best knowledge of vendor supplies.

Preorders must be fully paid at the time the preorder is placed. You may cancel a preorder of less than USD 250.00 any time before shipment and receive a full refund including shipping charges. Preorders for more than USD 250.00 may not be cancelled due to the investment CabinTech Global LLC makes on your behalf with the vendor.

Preorders over USD 250.00 may be returned only if the parts are defective. Preorders less than USD 250.00 are subject to our standard returns policy.

Preorders will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible after stocks arrive from the vendor. In some cases we test and certify that products meet specifications before releasing them for shipment.

Preorder prices are guaranteed at the time the preorder is placed. Any price change after the preorder has been submitted will not affect the price you pay.

You may cancel your preorder any time before shipment subject to the conditions described in the Payment section above. CabinTech Global LLC reserves the right to cancel a preorder any time before shipment and issue a full refund (which will include shipping charges).

Refunds will be issued only through the payment system used for the order.

Preorders may be combined with regular orders for in-stock items. The entire order will be shipped when the preorder item(s) becomes available. Contact us if you would like the in-stock items shipped immediately (this may incur additional shipping costs).
