This board from PedalPCB converts SOIC-W chips (0.300 inch width, 0.05 inch pin spacing) to DIL (through hole, 0.6 inch width, 0.1 inch pin spacing). Allows for chips up to 28 pins.

No headers are included, only the PCB.
