This is the original classic analog delay line clock generator from Panasonic/Matsushita. The MN3102 generates the two phase clocks needed for low voltage MN32xx BBD delay lines. It also generates the Vgg (14/15ths supply voltage) the MN32xx devices require. Note this generator is suitable for 4-10V low voltage BBD devices (MN32xx or V32xx). It is not suitable for higher voltage BBDs such as the MN300x series.

This is not a current production part and is designated as "New Old Stock". NOS parts typically have a higher fallout (failure) rate than active production products. Our randomized sample testing indicates you can expect about a 10% failure rate of these parts so you should order quantities accordingly.
