The Spin FV-1 is a complete stereo DSP reverb solution in a single chip. In incorporates A-D and D-A conversion for simple integration into analog signal chains while incorporating the power of a programmable 6 MIPS digital signal processor. This is a very flexible reverb system that includes 8 built-in effects and 8 external (EEPROM) programmable effects. No external microprocessor is required. Three potentiometer inputs allow for realtime control of program parameters, and 32K of internal RAM can be used for delay effects.

The extensive DSP instruction set and integrated LFOs and ramp generators allow for programming of a wide range of effects including chorus, flange, pitch shift, compression, expansion, and more. Common applications include guitar effects pedals, guitar amps, mixers, effects racks, active speaker crossover, car audio systems, etc.
